Packaging
All records, vinyl and music medium are wrapped and packed securely in a carton package. We take utmost care that each of the order placed reaches the customers safely.
Delivery
The product will be shipped in 72 hours. Our items are delivered by professional couriers within India and through India post’s “Registered Air Mail” for international shipping. It is extremely difficult for us to accept responsibility for shipping service. If your goods are not received within our specified delivery dates then you must notify us within 10 days.
Return policy and Refund
Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. Refund will be done through online mode in 5-7 working days.
